ABOUT THE ARTISTS

DJ Arte and Alsur is a Cuban DJ producer with more than 10 years of experience in the Cuban and international music scene as a music producer, he has been nominated for several national and international competitions of relevance such as Cubadisco and the Havana World Music Festival, among others, and has participated in events and festivals in his country, during his career. He plays machines, minor percussion, gúiro, shekere, Cuban clave, bamboo flutes other organic elements so he can move through different scenes such as chill out, Latin house, Latin vibes, Downtempo, Ethnic Music, Afro House, World music, Cuban and Latin music in general.

Keysa, singer and violinist graduated from the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory in the specialties of Violin and Theoretical-Musical Subjects. As a vocalist, she has worked in some independent projects and groups, as an instrumentalist she belonged to the Amadeo Roldán Youth Symphony Orchestra until shortly before finishing her studies at the center. She currently collaborates with Dj Arte & Alsur where she has participated in the Voice, composition, and violin of this EP.

Dali, singer of the Street Opera Company with more than 20 years of experience as a vocalist for various groups, interpreting different musical genres. She belongs to the Havana All Star Orchestra as one of the main singers. (Featured in the song Babalú).

3 - Babalú
This is the song to one of the Afro-Cuban deities that takes another character with religious syncretism at the time of the Spanish colony Babalú Aye or San Lazaro for Catholics is a non-religious vision of this deity, to describe the Havana customs of that traditional time and their ancient culture.
